Tyler Deal is a painter, potter and mixed media artist in Western North Carolina. Tyler is a color theorist at her core no matter what medium she is working with. Her work explores the relationship between the delicate and the rigid, the malleable and the static through the lush lens of the blue ridge mountains.

Tyler Deal, holds an MFA in painting and drawing with a minor in ceramics as well as an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Expressive Arts based therapy.
